This was the third consecutive participation of SBA, which stood out for its interactive, suggestive and informative approach, providing visitors with a unique experience. The bank focused on creating choreographies to promote the Private card, so that customers could sign up and enjoy discounts in airport lounges and use it during their holidays or when visiting abroad, promoting an innovative experience using virtual reality glasses, and also providing a digital area dedicated to customer satisfaction and the SB24 online application.
“It was an honour and a source of pride to receive this recognition, at what is the largest business showcase in Angola, which this year had more than 1,700 exhibitors. Carolina Vasconcelos, SBA's Marketing Director, explains that the brand activation strategy at FILDA aimed to “generate value and offer the public a unique experience. Standard Bank's activation was daily and constant, maintaining the Andas brand image, with hostesses explaining our Private Bank products and services, inviting all participants to have a unique experience”.
Personalised service was another of SBA's commitments at FILDA, allowing customers to be attended to by Business Managers and to learn more about the leasing service, as well as to carry out a simulation for their business in investing in a fleet of trucks, machinery or agricultural materials.
The subsidiaries, Standard Gestão de Activos and Standard Invest, were also present as exhibitors, presenting their products and services to the public.
