Luanda Medical Center launches sustainability campaign

'For a more sustainable Luanda Medical Center'; this is the motto of the most recent campaign promoted by the capital's medical centre. As a way to support sustainability and the environment, LMC launched an internal campaign to reduce paper and ink cartridge usage.

:

The campaign, whose theme is 'Reduce the use of paper', aims to encourage employees and, consequently, customers to use less and less paper.

"One of the ways to reduce the use of paper on the clients' side is to encourage the use of our My LMC app", explains the medical center, in a statement sent to VerAngola.

The My LMC App allows customers to access not only all clinical information personally and individually, but also gives access to documents that are in the app, and that the customer can access whenever they want or download these documents and print or send them to whoever they want.

In addition to the app, which will "help customers to be more and more digital with their health", the LMC is also internally limiting the exaggerated use of prints to all employees, namely in areas that consume more printed documents, such as administrative areas.

For this to happen, an awareness campaign was implemented in all Luanda Medical Center clinics.

Luanda Medical Center is confident that with continuity and consistency this campaign will be successful. In this way, it hopes that more customers will change their way of thinking and acting towards an increasingly digital use of platforms and documents.
