In the message in which he congratulates Joe Biden, João Lourenço salutes the "creative dynamism" of the North Americans, considering that the country's inclusion in the most varied levels and segments of North American society stands out.
"The Government of the Republic of Angola is resolutely committed to deepening relations with the United States of America, with the conviction that our two countries have a key role in building a future of prosperity, understanding and harmony between all the peoples of our planet", continues João Lourenço's message.
The President concluded by stressing that "the approach at the highest level" of aspects relating to bilateral relations "will help to deepen and solidify the foundations on which the entire architecture of cooperation between our countries will be based".
