With the motto "Connectivity and Technological Modernization", the event will bring together more than a hundred startups, reserving a monetary prize for the best startup.
According to the national director of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Matias Borges, the best startup will receive one million kwanzas.
"The best startup will receive the value of one million kwanzas and other participation prizes, as well as qualifying for credit from 100 to 7,000,000 kwanzas", he said, quoted by Angop.
In addition, the current edition of the event – which will bring together more than 60 companies and 21 countries – will have the presence of speakers and moderators from different countries, such as Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Nigeria, Lesotho, Africa South America, Canada, Spain, Serbia, Uganda, France, Namibia, Portugal, Zambia, Ivory Coast, Sweden, Argentina, Ethiopia, Malawi and São Tomé, writes Angop.
The person in charge made it known that the event also has reserved musical moments with artists from the country.
Angotic 2023 will discuss various topics - such as "Space industry and trends", "Business model for space technology", among others -, and for this Monday the agenda has reserved the approach of about 15 topics.
Speaking this Monday, at the opening of the event, the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário de Oliveira, defended the fact that it is necessary for information technologies to be made available to communities, contributing to the evolution of the country, writes Angop.
It should be noted that Angotic 2023 concerns a global event of information and communication technologies, held and promoted by the Government, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication. The forum aims to promote debate around current, global and future ICT issues, as well as share knowledge, facilitate networking for government institutions, exhibitors, specialists, present innovations as well as trends in the sector.
