With the launch scheduled for June 3, in Luanda, the book "Cancellation of sentences within the scope of CIRDI: Fundamentals and procedures", written by Felizmina Lutucuta, aims to shed light on the problem of the cancellation of sentences, of its fundamentals and procedures, within the scope of the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (CIRDI), an international arbitration institution that aims to resolve investment disputes between Contracting States and citizens of other Contracting States, acting under the rules of the respective Convention and also under other CIRDI Rules and Regulations.
The launching ceremony of "Cancellation of sentences within the scope of CIRDI: Fundamentals and procedures" will take place at the auditorium Maria do Carmo Medica, Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University, followed by an autograph session with the author.
Fifty percent of the funds raised will go to frontline health personnel to fight the covid-19 pandemic.
