According to the spokesman for the provincial command of the National Police in Huila, Luis Zilungo, the arrest of the 33 and 35 year-old citizens took place on Monday during an operation as part of the covid-19 prevention measures.
Luís Zilungo, quoted by Angop, said that the men were surprised in a car, coming from the province of Benguela, by the forces of law and order on the public highway.
