According to a statement from CIPRA, to which VerAngola had access, "Angolan diplomacy in favor of peace and development in Africa" will be discussed this Tuesday at the meeting.
Under the theme "Angola at the center of African diplomacy", CaféCIPRA is scheduled for 3 pm.
"Taking place at the Press Center of the Presidency of the Republic of Angola (CIPRA), the event, a direct and open dialogue between government officials and civil society, will focus on the initiatives of President João Lourenço, within the scope of the African Union and other regional organizations", reads the note.
The conversation will be facilitated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Rui Miguêns de Oliveira, and the executive director of AIPEX, Cláudia Gonçalves Pedro.
The dialogue, the note adds, "will also serve to present private sector investment opportunities at a domestic level, with an impact on the continent, the steps towards regional integration with the entry into operation of the Continental Free Trade Area and the Lobito Corridor, and the role of young people as agents of change for peace in Africa".
The event will be "broadcast live on the Facebook and YouTube pages of CIPRA and the Government of Angola".
