Standard Bank promotes networking with clients and businessmen in Benguela

Reinforcing its position in the province of Benguela, and at the same time supporting the Angolan economy and the country's development, is one of the strategic objectives of Standard Bank of Angola (SBA), which gathered last Tuesday, in the municipality of Catumbela, customers, partners and local entities, to listen to their needs and perspectives. The meeting preceded the presence of the SBA at the 12th edition of the Benguela International Fair – FIB 2023, which started this Wednesday, May 24th.

:

"The visit to Benguela, including the meeting with businessmen and the presence at the fair, fits in with the size and vital importance that this province assumes in the Angolan economy and, therefore, in the business strategy of our institution", said Fernando Chivinda, Director of Commercial Banking at Standard Bank of Angola.

FIB 2023 takes place between the 24th and 27th of May, at the National Stadium of Ombaka, in the city of Benguela, with more than 200 exhibitors expected. This fair aims to contribute to the promotion of Angola's economic potential, providing greater visibility to products and services from the interior of the country, in addition to contributing to the internationalization of national products.

By participating in the event, considered the largest business exchange in southern Angola, the SBA aims to "attract new customers" and "position the brand in Benguela province", explained Fernando Chivinda.

Thus, at the Standard Bank of Angola stand, visitors will be able to discover, in the consumer segment, the services "SB24", "Risca e Poupa" and "Banking Agents". In the commercial and business banking segment, the services "Insurance", "Credit Products" and "Small and Medium-sized Companies - PME Online" will be presented.
