The match is scheduled for 18:00, in the main pavilion of the Citadela de Luanda. If Petro wins, the oil team will win the title and repeat the three victories achieved last season, also against Interclube.
It is recalled that the playoffs that determine the winner of the national senior men's basketball championship are played 'best of five games', which means that the team to achieve three victories is the winner.
In the first match, which took place last Friday, the 'tricolors' beat the 'policemen' by an expressive 129-74, marking a difference of 55 points. In the second match, Raúl Duarte's pupils managed to reduce the difference, scoring 91 points that were not, however, enough for the 102 scored by the players in charge of the Brazilian José Neto.
This Tuesday, Interclube wants to cancel this difference, 'stealing' Petro's first game and postponing what would be the 15th title of the oil team.
If Petro gives in and Interclube gets the victory, a next match is scheduled for Friday, the 13th, at Cidadela. If after this match the playoff is tied (2-2), the final decision is scheduled for Saturday, the 14th, at Multiusos do Kilamba.
