"We are working to conclude between July and August the first buildings that suffered less vandalism, so we just have to be patient, they will have the apartments very soon. We have two buildings scheduled for delivery in July", said the minister, who was speaking at the end of a visit to some residential infrastructure that had to be rehabilitated after being vandalized.
Cited by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA), Manuel Tavares de Almeida said that in Zango 0 there are 21 buildings ready to start sales this month: "In Zango 0 we have 21 buildings whose sale will begin this month. Here, the installation of the elevators is being completed, the apartments are completed and during this month we will deliver the apartments here at Zango 0".
Regarding Vida Pacifica, he reiterated that it is "in recovery" because of the "vandalization it has suffered", calculating "that at the end of July" they will be able to "deliver the first buildings".
"We will try to complete it as quickly as possible. There are apartments that are more vandalized, we need to import elements to complete these apartments", he said, quoted by RNA.
He also added that "in Zango 0 there is a resolvable sale and some apartments are ready for payment, so it is a process that the housing development fund is dealing with", in the case of "old reservations" and that "we will only formalize and deliver of the keys", since "Zango already has an owner".
