Basically, the portal will serve to disseminate employment needs and opportunities. Benvindo André, coordinator of the Association for the Promotion of Youth Employability, clarified that this platform will serve to help the Government to solve the employability problem in the country.
According to Angop, the measure was applauded by the first young man to be introduced in the portal. Martins Francisco, 30 years old, hopes that this platform will facilitate the process of searching for a job as well as help young people to find new professional opportunities in the country.
Isaías Calunga, president of the National Youth Council, took the opportunity to advise the association to interact with the business community in the country so that more job offers appear.
Cited by Angop, he also asked the association to publish periodically the number of young people who got a job through the platform.
Mara Quiosa, Bengo's governor, highlighted the importance of the portal, admitting that it will help to fight the employability problem of the Angolan youth.
The Association for the Promotion of Youth Employability was created this year, in February. It aims to help in the professional training of young people as well as to promote employability, among others.
