This project aims to show the best of the country and thus draw the attention of international tour operators to provide the growth of national tourism.
"The aim is to make information about the provinces reach the offices around the world that are in direct contact with the client," explained Jorge Nunes, the project's advisor.
He also said, cited by Angop, that more than 40 tour operators were interested in receiving information about tourism in Angola.
But how will this forum work? Jorge Nunes explains that those responsible for presenting tourism in each province will be able to do so via their mobile phone or computer, as the information will be disclosed online, using the Zoom platform.
The project will debut with the province of Huila next Tuesday. Benguela, Malanje, Kwanza Sul and Luanda will follow. However, the aim is to extend the initiative to all 18 provinces of the country.
The project is being promoted by the Hotels Angola portal and has the support of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Environment, the Institute for the Promotion of Tourism, tour operators and guides, tourism associations, among others.
