Adão de Almeida, who was speaking at a press conference in Luanda, stressed that the approach to the resumption of some activities, such as commercial aviation, has to be "contextualized and pertinent according to each moment".
The government official said that within the defined objectives and indications of work that exist at the governmental level, "there is the objective of defining a plan of deflation through which some options will be made on how and under what conditions we can normalize national life".
According to Adão Almeida, it will be this plan that, once approved, will give indications about what will be done with schools, sports activities and competitions, with aviation, etc.
"There is a set of reflections that are being made within the scope of the deconfinition plan that will give us the light and define the path that we will follow, always prioritizing our main objectives in the fight against the covid-19", that is, avoiding import cases and be prepared for the management of cases that arise.
