With this certification, Cesário Sousa Domingos, also author of the work "A Vítima no Sistema Jurídico Penal Angolano", becomes part of the institute's technical-scientific body, and is now qualified to work in the following areas: studies and research related to defense and security; production of articles, technical opinions and strategic documents; training and qualification of personnel in the field of defense and security; and other activities of a technical-scientific nature, in accordance with IDN guidelines.
The contract signing ceremony was held in the auditorium of the Support Unit of the General Staff of the Angolan Armed Forces, located in Cidade Alta – Ministry of Defense, in a moment of great institutional symbolism. The event was attended by the Director General of the National Defense Institute, Vice Admiral António Miranda, by the Secretary of State for Labor and Social Security, by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Port of Lobito, Celso Rosas, in addition to distinguished general, superior, subaltern, sergeant and enlisted officers of the Angolan Armed Forces, as well as other IDN consultants.
Cesário Sousa Domingos' certification represents a valuable reinforcement to the institute's team of consultants, consolidating its commitment to the production of strategic and scientific knowledge at the service of national defense.
