According to Endiama's Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA), Ganga Júnior, "the feasibility study points to an investment made in the prospecting phase of around 25 million dollars".

Ganga Júnior, quoted in a statement by Endiama, which VerAngola had access to, also said that the project "is structured, in a first phase, for a production of around 10 thousand carats per month, because the research activity is continuous" and that they will "continue to work in terms of prospecting and then" evolve "in terms of size and production capacity".

The official made it known that the project "has guaranteed economically exploitable reserves for about five years", and that the sale prices "result in around 300 dollars per carat, more or less, which assumes an average of three million dollars a month".

"In terms of workforce we are counting, in this initial phase as well, with around 500 people", he added.

In turn, adds the statement from Endiama, the Secretary of State for Mineral Resources, Jânio da Rosa Corrêa Victor, revealed that the Yetwene Mining Project will be inaugurated on April 27 by the Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Diamantino Azevedo.
