According to SIC, both men were detained in the urban district of Ingombotas, in the center of the Angolan capital, after "complete investigations" by its central directorate for Combating Organized Crime.
The SIC also detained a 43-year-old electrician at Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro International Airport for trafficking cocaine concealed in a rectangular-shaped backpack when passengers from Brazil disembarked.
The three suspects will be publicly presented this Wednesday in the general direction of SIC.
