A total of 21,500 doses of vaccines were administered in the country, in the last 24 hours, through the High Performance Vaccination Posts (PVARs) and Advanced Teams (Eas).

According to the Individual Digital Register for Vaccination against covid-19 (REDIV), released this Tuesday by the National Directorate of Public Health (DNSP), the provinces with the highest number of adhesion to vaccination posts are: Luanda, with 3786, followed by Uíge which vaccinated 3334 people, while Huíla registered 3180 users, Malanje 1541 and, finally, Huambo which vaccinated 1486 citizens.

The vaccine rollup points to 18,260,974 doses administered, with a target population coverage rate of 63.51 percent. The basic scheme adds up to 33.27 percent, according to a government statement to which VerAngola had access.

With these data updated up to the last 24 hours, the vaccination table in Angola now indicates a target population of 18,932,660, whose sample is from a group aged 18 years or over.

Users with one dose of the vaccine are 12,023,995, while those with full doses add up to 6,298,956. However, the record of people who took the booster dose is 362,928 and those who did not receive a total of 4,427,172. The country still has, so far, 5,682,527 people without the second dose of the vaccine.
