"Four days after receiving a visit from the authorities, the several families of Cazenga can now breathe a sigh of relief," since "the social and housing conditions" have been resolved, revealed the Municipal Administration of Cazenga, in a note published on its Facebook page.
The relocation act was witnessed by a delegation of MPLA's parliamentary group, led by the president of the party's parliamentary group, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira.
According to the statement, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira had already traveled to Cazenga on Saturday, April 24, and visited the three families. The responsible stressed that the relocation act "represents the concretization of a process, result of the promise made during the visit", on Saturday.
In turn, Tomás Bica, municipal administrator, took the opportunity to explain that "the prioritized residences are part of a relocation program that began in 2018, with the registration of 68 families living near the retention basins," the note adds.
