The book "Sonhar Brasília" (Dream Brasília) will be launched on May 5. Allusive to the World Day of the Portuguese Language, the work counts with the participation of the writer João de Melo and the illustrator Nelo de Tumbula, both Angolans.
The book will be launched virtually on the United Nations Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) platform and on Youtube.
The launch is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
This work is a collection of narrative texts from eight nations of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries, which relate their perceptions of the city of Brasilia, capital of Brazil.
The event is a realization of the Executive Secretariat of CPLP, UNESCO in Brazil, the Government of Distrito Federal, in partnership with the Embassies of Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal and East Timor and Camões (Portuguese Cultural Center in Brasilia).
