According to the police, the young man murdered the three people in the huts of an agricultural land in the Cawelele area, 45 kilometers from Saurimo, using an ax, with which he hit them in the head, legs and arms.

At the scene, the ax used in the crime was found and apprehended.
The three bodies were removed and deposited in the morgue of the Provincial Hospital, and a criminal case was opened for further procedural steps.
