Lucas Tchyaneke, administrative manager of the company's Bailundo division, announced that of the total quantity of grains expected, 40 tons of beans have already been purchased.
The official, in statements to the press as part of the launch of the grain acquisition campaign cited by Angop, also highlighted that the company has a team dedicated to training and raising awareness among producers to comply with contracts, bringing considerable benefits to both parties, given that, alongside inputs and training, farmers end up benefiting from the surplus harvest.
The 'sellers' are family farmers who received support at the start of the season, in October last year. Support was provided through work tools such as machetes, hoes, fertilizers, among others.
On the occasion, Francisco Venda, producer, pointed out that of the nearly 90 hectares he owns, he is producing on 30, through the partnership of facilitating inputs and training provided by Carrinho Agri.
Quoted by Angop, he stated that he had received fertilizers, as well as other inputs at the value acquired on the market, which is being paid to the company, with simplified benefits, given that he will be able to use the surpluses, even with the associated risks.
