The main building's facilities include two auditoriums, offices, four secretariats, among others.
"The main building is made up of two auditoriums, one with capacity to accommodate 75 people and the other 54 people, it also has four secretariats, offices, 'open space' areas, bathrooms, a cafeteria, archive areas and other facilities for support", says a statement from the Ministry of Territorial Administration, cited by Jornal de Angola.
The statement also states that the infrastructure is included in the Integrated Plan for Intervention in Municipalities (PIIM).
