The moment was attended by the CEO of Pumangol, Ivanilson Machado, representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security and AECIPA.

The 'Criar' program was recently launched by the Association of Contracted Companies of the Oil Industry of Angola (AECIPA) and by TheBridgeGlobal, with the aim of providing professional skills to young graduates.

Pumangol is the first member company of this Association to join the initiative, receiving three recent graduates during the period of one year for an internship in a program that includes behavioral training, practical training with qualified mentors, masterclasses with national and international guests and networking promotion for young people included in the program.

For the CEO of Pumangol, Ivanilson Machado, the internship is an important step in the development and learning process of the recent graduate, especially nowadays, when the job market is increasingly demanding. "The objective is to promote the opportunity to experience theoretical academic contents in practice, to exercise their skills, while simultaneously acquiring professional experience", considers the manager, in a statement sent to VerAngola.

Currently, AECIPA has 150 companies operating in the banking, youth, insurance and engineering sectors. This program, which has the support of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, will initially benefit all recent ISPTEC graduates, followed by a series of Higher Education institutions that are partners in the program.
