"The Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Republic of Serbia) has offered scholarships for undergraduate and master's degrees in medicine, to benefit students from the Province of Bengo, following the understandings reached during the official visit of a delegation from the Provincial Government of Bengo, from 28 February to 4 March 2022", can be read in a note made available on Facebook by the Provincial Government of Bengo.
The statement also mentions that in the area of agriculture, technicians from Bengo "will also gain curricular internships, of about six months (complete productive cycle of various crops), at the Institute of Production and Horticulture (NS SEME), specialized in improving of seed quality".
In addition, teachers and researchers from educational institutions in Bengo will have "equally guaranteed training", in the context of collaboration with the BioSense Institute, specialized in biotechnology and information technologies.
The governor of Bengo, Mara Quiosa, when taking stock of the visit, indicated that "Vojvodina was given priority to the sectors of Agriculture, Education and Health, with results achieved above initial expectations".
