João Lourenço advises judges to be more efficient and rigorous

This Friday, João Lourenço advised the new magistrates of the Supreme Military Court to make an effort in their work so that the country's justice may become more efficient and rigorous.

During his speech, at the inauguration ceremony of six judges of the Supreme Military Court, João Lourenço advised the new judges to take a firmer stance, so that the justice of the country becomes stronger and can benefit society in the best way.

The President of the Republic, cited by Angop, stressed that the Supreme Military Court must correspond to the country's demands, emphasizing that the Angolan Armed Forces are an institution with great importance for the State and that military justice must also assume this same importance.

Cristo António Salvador Alberto, Gabriel João Nsoki, Celestino Miguel, Francisco Mota Mariano, Hilário Capitão Miguel and António Gonçalves Leitão Ribeiro, were sworn in this Friday by João Lourenço. The judges will join the Supreme Military Court.
