The 6th edition of the 'O Escritor e a sua Época' event will take place on 7 February.
Starting at 9:00 am, the event will pay tribute to the writer Fernando Monteiro de Castro Soromenho.
The event's programme includes a cultural moment, as well as welcome remarks by the Director General of the Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy, José Marcos Barrica, and a speech by the Secretary General of the Angolan Writers' Union, David Capelenguela.
After the opening speech, lectures will follow, moderated by Carlos Queta. In addition, there will also be a debate and certificates will be awarded.
The event will take place at the Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy (in person) or via the Zoom platform (online).
