During the month of February, Cine Geração will screen four documentaries focusing on Angolan music.
The sessions will take place every Thursday and documentaries by directors Jorge António, Pedro Coquenão and Nguxi dos Santos will be shown.
At the end of each session there will be a conversation between the directors and those present.
The sessions start on the 2nd of February, with 'Kuduro Fogo no Musseke' by Jorge António. On the 9th, the documentary 'O Lendário Tio Liceu e os Ngola Ritmos' (Jorge António) will be shown.
On the 16th and 23rd of February, 'É Dreda Ser Angolano' (Pedro Coquenão) and 'Os Kiezos' (Nguxi dos Santos), respectively, will be shown.
Sessions start at 6:30 pm and tickets cost 1500 kwanzas.
