This support, according to a note from the European Union, takes place within the scope of the European Union-Angola Dialogue Facility project, financed by the European Development Fund, as part of the Angola-European Union Joint Pathway.
The application period for this financial support runs until the 31st of March of this year, and proposals must be submitted through a digital form on the Facilidade de Diálogo website.
An evaluation committee will assess the applications, and the most viable will be invited to participate in the second phase of the process, submitting a complete action proposal.
"The proposals to be submitted must necessarily include a dimension of dialogue and exchange of experiences between the partners involved, and may take different approaches, including technical assistance, training, carrying out studies, organization of events, exchange missions, etc", referred to in the document.
The Dialogue Facility project will promote training and capacity building actions to support candidates in formulating proposals and filling in forms.
"The EU-Angola Dialogue Facility aims to support actions promoted by Angolan and European institutions to deepen political dialogue and the regular exchange of knowledge and good practices in the areas defined by the Angola-European Union Joint Pathway Agreement and that are relevant to the Indicative Program National Development Plan 2014-2020 and the National Development Plan 2018-2022", underlines the note.
EU accepts applications to support economic diversification with 500,000 euros
The European Union launched an invitation to present proposals within the scope of support for the dialogue between Angolan and European partners for economic diversification in Angola, with a global amount of 500,000 euros.
