According to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Directorate of Public Health, the infections were reported in Huila (3), Zaire (2), Luanda (2) and Namibe (1).
The ages range between 18 and 48 years, being three men and five women.
One death was also reported in Huila province, a 58-year-old Angolan man, and five people recovered from the disease.
The laboratories processed 373 samples by RT-PCR, with a cumulative total of 381,084 tests.
Angola totals, since the beginning of the pandemic, 20,329 cases, of which 18,929 recovered, 966 active, and 494 deaths.
There are 164 hospitalized patients and 35 people are in institutional quarantine.
