On March 3, Wednesday, the secretary-general of OMA - Organization of Angolan Women, will be in the program "Special News" of ZAP Viva.
Luzia Inglês became involved early in the struggle for independence. She attended a military course on radio and telecommunications in the former Soviet Union and in 1973 became head of the Cassamba communications station. She has been in charge of OMA since 1999, and has been successively reappointed to the position. In 2014 she became the first Angolan woman to be promoted to the rank of general officer in the FAA-Angolan Armed Forces.
