According to Angop, the State raised an additiona 28.7 million dollars in the last three months of 2019 compared to what it had obtained from October to December 2018.
During the last quarter of 2019, a total volume of 3.4 million carats was sold, which corresponds to a 19.8 percent increase in production compared to the same period last year, after the sale of two cycles of production by Sociedade Mineira de Catoca (SMC) in December.
