In a statement sent to VerAngola, the flag carrier informs that as of February 1, its store at the domestic flights terminal at 4 de Fevereiro International Airport will close its doors.

"Following the continuous improvement of its services and in order to optimize processes and offer a positive experience to passengers and customers, TAAG-Linhas Aéreas de Angola announces the closure of the store at the domestic flights terminal at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, starting February 1, 2025, when all domestic flights will operate exclusively at International Airport Dr. António Agostinho Neto", says the note.

Therefore, due to this change, the alternative stores that will be available for service will be the AIAAN store (open every day, 24 hours a day), as well as the Marginal store, whose opening hours are from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm and on Saturdays between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm.

Other alternatives include the Dolce Vita store, open from Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm, and the TVI store (Terminal Voo Internacional), open every day, 24 hours a day.

TAAG emphasizes that "the stores are open with several simultaneous customer service positions, providing all commercial services to customers and passengers in economy and premium classes", adding that "the spaces offer a modern and very welcoming environment, dedicated to customer needs, reflecting close service from the TAAG sales team".

The company also recalls that, starting next Saturday, all domestic connections will be added to the "general schedule of flights based at AIAAN, namely, Lubango (Huíla), Catumbela (Benguela), Huambo, Cuito (Bié), Menongue ( Cubango), Namibe and Ondjiva (Cunene), as well as the regional services of the Republic of Congo (Brazaville) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa)".
