The defeated finalist of this edition, which will take place from January 13th to February 11th, in Côte d'Ivoire, will receive four million dollars and the defeated semi-finalists 2.5 million each.
CAN will have 24 African nations competing, including Mozambique, Angola, Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau, the team that plays against Ivory Coast in the opening game of the tournament, in Abidjan.
