"Dubai Investments Park Angola (DIP Angola), is an innovative residential, commercial and industrial, integrated and mixed-use center, with 2000 hectares, developed by Dubai Investments (...). The DIP Angola project site covers three kilometers of coastline and a two-kilometer stretch of beach, and the "topography of the area" allows for the integration of industrial, commercial and residential areas, "while preserving the natural beauty".
Thus, the note adds, the company Dubai Investments will develop infrastructure, as well as "lease land to developers and investors, creating a cohesive mixed-use development, as" it progresses with the project.
