Focus Education, a subsidiary of the Mitrelli Group - which carries out projects in the areas of development, training and employability - ensured the implementation of two new professional training centers in the country, within the scope of PAPE. The first is inaugurated this Wednesday and the second is expected to be completed by April, in Namibe.
PAPE is the Government Action Plan, promoted by MAPTSS, to promote professional development and employability as a mechanism to combat poverty and social exclusion. As part of this Plan, professional toolkits are prepared at the Focus Logistics Center to be delivered to young people, distributed by INEFOP, providing them with the necessary conditions to create their own businesses.
Under this Plan, Focus has been ensuring the delivery of 37,000 professional kits across all provinces of Angola, for 15 different specialties, such as agriculturist, electrician, car mechanic, among others. "The local authorities consider that this is a project of great importance for the development of the communities and, in particular, it makes it possible to train the next generation", says the note.
