According to Presidential Decree 14/22, of 19 January, this additional credit will be granted according to the treasury payment needs of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The Government created, at the end of last year, the Strategic Food Reserve, which provides for the acquisition, storage and distribution of more than 520 thousand tons of food products, with the aim of regulating the market and influencing the decline of 11 food products that are part of the basic basket.
