The highest number of cases was found in Luanda (87), followed by Namibe (29), Moxico (17), Lunda Norte (16), Benguela (13), Huíla (7) and Lunda Sul (1).
The new infections were recorded in patients aged between three months and 84 years, 115 males and 55 females, writes Angop.
In the same period, six deaths were also recorded, of which two men and four women, in the provinces of Luanda (4), Huíla (1) and Huambo (1).
170 recoveries were also reported, of which 52 in Luanda, 49 in Namibe, 28 in Moxico, 25 in Lunda Norte, eight in Lunda Sul, seven in Huíla and one in Benguela.
The labs processed 501 samples by RT-PCR with a daily positivity rate of 16.4 percent.
With the latest data, the country has a total of 93,694 cases, of which 8575 are active, 1863 have died and 83,256 have recovered.
