According to a note from the institution, to which Lusa had access, the candidate lists are available from this Friday on the university's website and posted at the University Campus, in Luanda, with UAN expressing “openness” for possible complaints.
Of the 5490 vacancies available, 180 more than the previously announced 5310, 4925 are for undergraduate and the rest for bachelor degree courses for teacher education for vocational technical education.
The UAN board, whose patron is the first president of Angola, said that the results of the exams will be published between 28 and 30 January 2020 and the start of classes is scheduled for the first week of March.
Mathematics, Anthropology, Social Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Management and Administration, Law, Philosophy and Economics are some of the 45 courses offered by the largest and oldest national university, founded in 1976.
