The governor made it known that they are currently waiting for the non-conformities found on the ship to be duly rectified.
"Right now we are waiting and, still within the framework of the guarantees of the company that manufactured the ship, we are waiting for the non-conformities that the ship had to be rectified", she said, speaking to Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
The holder of the Fisheries and Marine Resources portfolio also informed that the rectifications are being carried out in South Africa, stressing that the resolution is "on the way".
"It is at a Damen dock in Cape Town, which is the company that manufactured the ship, and the resolution of these non-conformities that have a lot to do with the areas of scientific investigation itself, cable and rig issues, is well underway. but that it is necessary to correct and so within this framework of the ship's guarantee they are being made now", she said, quoted by RNA.
As for the period in which the ship can be counted on, the minister indicated the next year: "2023 we have to count on the ship".
