On December 5th, the Guimarães Rosa Institute will host an afternoon of reading for all ages.
The program begins at 4pm, with the "Teenage Space", where the title of 'Personality of Cultural Importance' will be awarded to child poet Wende Bocado.
The title will be awarded by UBESC - União Baiana de Escritores/Brazil to Wende Bocado, who will perform in a recital with child poets Lesliana Ngola and Quereni Pedro.
Starting at 5pm, there will be an autograph session, a chat with authors and the launch of the works "Letras Pretas Cruas & Nuas - Poesias com Luta & Contos de Amor" (authored by Brazilian journalist, writer and editor Roberto Leal and which will be presented by the Angolan poet and cultural activist Ismael Farinha) and "Acordando o Gigante Adormecido" (authored by the Angolan writer and social activist Júlio Ginga Mateus, presented by the writer Sandro Feijó).
