VI Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2021

Between 22 and 28 November, the VI Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2021 will take place. The event will feature several initiatives aimed at promoting the cuisine of this country.

This year's edition has as its central theme the "Tradition and perspectives of Italian cuisine: awareness and appreciation of food sustainability".

Among the activities, the highlight is the holding of a showcooking of Italian dishes, by Chef Helt Araújo, which will take place at the Residence of the Ambassador of Italy in Angola, Cristiano Gallo, and a masterclass on the preparation of Italian food is also planned. will take place at the Talatona Hotel and Restoration School, by Chef Ricardo Helton.

In addition, on the occasion of FILDA 2021, where Italy will be present with a stand, a showcooking of Italian dishes is also planned, to be prepared by Chef Elizabeth Martins, which will be served to some visitors to the fair.
