The Zap Viva movie session is back. This time the films "In the Company of Strangers" and "Freelancers" will be shown.
On Friday, November 6, the film "In the Company of Strangers" will be broadcast. The film follows the couple Kate and Justin, who live in London and are waiting for the birth of their first child. In the apartment below, the couple Jon and Theresa, who recently moved in also await the birth of their first child, and are invited to dinner by Kate and Justin. The conversation between the couples turns into a disagreement and Theresa, who has been drinking wine on the sly, stumbles and ends up losing the baby, blaming Kate. Jon and Theresa disappear for a while and when they return Kate and Justin are already parents. Then a game of psychological torture begins, with Kate making sure that Jon and Theresa represent a danger to her family.
On Sunday, November 8th, the film "Freelancers" will be broadcast. The film is a police drama, starring Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, Robert DeNiro and Forest Whitaker. Jonas Maldonado (50 Cent) is the son of a former policeman killed in the line of duty. After graduating from the police academy, he becomes the protector of Joe Sarcone (DeNiro), his father's former partner, and becomes a member of a renegade task force made up of corrupt policemen. When he discovers the circumstances of his father's death, Maldonado will be faced with difficult choices.
