The 'Pagode de Rua' festival takes place on October 19th.
With live music, the festival will feature the presence of singer Elias with his group O Pagode do Elias, as well as the Banda Os Kambas.
The event will take place at Posto 7 at the entrance to Luanda Island.
Doors open at 5pm.
