The 3rd edition of the 'Pulungunza! - Women's Struggles in Cinema' Film Festival will take place between 9 and 13 October.
An initiative by the Goethe-Institut Angola in partnership with Ondjango Feminista, the festival will take place in two different locations. The programme will be presented at the Teatro Anim’Art (Cazenga) at 4pm and at the Cine Geração (Alvalade) at 7pm.
This edition will address the theme 'Poverty' and the festival's programme includes the screening of five African feature films: Felicité; A Árvore Sem Frutos; Kutchinga; Xale and Virgem Margarida.
At the end of each session, there will be debates with contributions from speakers with experience in various sectors, who will comment and, above all, interact with a diverse audience.
