Public offering for the sale of ENSA shares raises 8.9 billion kwanzas

The special public offering session for the sale of 720,000 ENSA shares raised 8.9 billion kwanzas, with the final sale price set at 12,499.8 kwanzas per share.

The Angolan Debt and Stock Exchange (Bodiva), in a statement sent to VerAngola, informs that the demand for these shares "had a ratio over supply of 174.51 percent".

"Demand for the 720,000 ENSA shares had a ratio over supply of 174.51 percent, which on the one hand guaranteed the issuer the collection of the total amount of the offer of Kz 8,973,665,794.05 kwanzas", reads the notice.

According to Bodiva, a total of 1833 proposals were received, 1115 of which were allocated.

"On the other hand, it ensured that, subject to the apportionment criteria under the terms of the prospectus, all 1115 investors who submitted valid orders were included in the allocation", points out the note.

The stock exchange also highlights that the "final sale price was set at 12,499.8 kwanzas", adding that after the "physical and financial settlement", the insurance company's shares will be admitted to the stock exchange market on Wednesday, making ENSA "the third company admitted to the stock exchange".

"The special session of the regulated market to determine the results of the public offer for sale and subscription of ENSA's ordinary, book-entry and registered shares" was held this Monday.
