ZAP Viva bets on documentaries and promises “trips to unknown lands”

As of November, the ZAP Viva channel reinforces the diversity of its programming with reference documentaries.

:

Every Tuesday, at 9 pm, the channel presents "Mundo de Ideias", a series produced in the tradition of the great BBC or National Geographic documentaries, which will show scientific phenomena such as the northern lights, show how the most varied products are produced , whether they are chocolates or motorcycles or how elite athletes are formed. The themes range from science to culture, and everyone can find a reason for interest in each episode.

The integration of documentaries in the ZAP Viva grid aims to contribute to the construction and dissemination of knowledge. The aim is to present new ways of seeing the world and encourage dialogue about different experiences, the television operator said in a statement sent to VerAngola.

To celebrate the month of independence, the Wednesdays of November present the work of the director Jorge António in three documentaries that portray the Angolan cultural heritage: "The legendary Uncle Liceu and the Ngola Ritmos" (November 4), "Angola-Histórias da Música Popular "(11 November) and" Kuduro-Fogo no Musseke "(18 November), all at 9 pm.

On November 25, the channel invites you to watch "Are We Racists?", An international documentary that challenges a reflection on social discrimination from another perspective, since the theme is explored based on scientific and anthropological research.

In the month of dipanda, knowledge will thus occupy a prominent place at ZAP Viva with trips to unknown lands, other cultures and stories of those who made their great contribution to building the identity of the Angolan nation.
