The 9th South Korean Embassy Taekwondo Cup will be held on 22 and 24 September.
The tournament will take place at the Centro Cultural Paz Flor in Luanda, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
The competition will feature the participation of 40 athletes from the provinces of Benguela, Huambo, Huíla, Luanda and Moxico. In addition, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Rui Falcão, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Korea will also be present at the event.
Entry is free.
On the 24th, there will be an awards ceremony for the winners, which will take place during the Grand Taekwondo Festival, which will be held at the Centro de Conferências de Belas (CCB). Also with free entry, this festival will also feature the presence of the best athletes in the world from Kukkiwon, who will demonstrate poomsae, which consists of a discipline that represents imaginary combat in this sport, as well as performances by Korean musicians, among others.
