The 'Manhã de Rap' Festival will take place on September 8th.
The festival will take place at Elinga Teatro (Mutamba), starting at 10am.
The event will feature performances by Hélio Boy, Ti Guilson, Laizzy Baby, among many others.
Tickets cost 1000 kwanzas.
