In a statement, the PGR said that it is proceeding with the Criminal Investigation Service of the province of Moxico, the criminal process in which defendant Manuel Yava Macano was constituted, at the time of the facts director of the General Hospital of Moxico.
The suspect is also accused of crimes of violation of the rules of execution of the Budget Plan and of undue receipt of advantages.
