Etona creates a nucleus of philosophers to question and solve problems of national reality

The artist Etona decided to create a nucleus of philosophers to discuss and "expand the philosophical vision about the national reality". Created less than a month ago, the 'Núcleo dos Filósofos do Etonismo' is composed of philosophers, architects and jurists.

Among the members of the nucleus are jurist Teka Manuel Pedro, philosophers Valentim Mucanzo and José da Silva Alfredo and engineer Epalanga Azevedo.

In a statement sent to VerAngola, Etona explains that the nucleus, created about 20 days ago at Etona, located in Chicala II, "is a social organization of young Angolans, led by the master of arts and philosophy Etona that emerges to expand the philosophical vision of the national reality".

The nucleus has "meetings scheduled every two weeks at Atelier Etona" to question "the deepest causes of the problems" of all Angolans' lives and thus try to contribute to all "the living spheres of society so that we can help Angolans to live in a country they want to have, instead of what is imposed on them".

"The core of Etonism's philosophers has in its philosophical prospection focused on the concept of the philosophy of tolerant reason, which is based on the need to analyze contradictory arguments in order to reach a solution that is fair to all," explains Etona.

The aim of the philosophical debates is to try to "present solutions that, instead of remedying, stop certain evils that society and its organs of sovereignty have long debated and failed to eradicate. We are the last bet for the fight against the Angolan national problem: the dependence on foreign science", adds the note.
